Rooms
5, 6, 7, 8, 10A & 17A have showers only. Rooms 11 & 12 have cathedral ceiling with ceiling
fan and skylight, cable TV/DVD player. Rooms 19 & 20 have Jacuzzi tub, coffee maker,
TV/VCR/DVD. Rooms 17, 17a, & 16 are our upstairs rooms
and do not have a patio or balcony, but do have a nice
view.
All Downstairs Rooms have private patios.
All Rooms have refrigerators, color cable TV, telephones,
voice mail, microwaves, and hairdryers.
A continental breakfast is served each morning between
8 a.m. and 10 a.m., and usually consists of coffee, tea
juice, muffins and fruit.
The Sandpiper’s private beach is for the exclusive use
of registered guests only.
All Rooms are Nonsmoking
Room
rates are per night, double occupancy, and do not include
Massachusetts state or local room occupancy tax. Additional charge
for extra person.
Four night
minimum reservation required unless otherwise agreed to by
management.
Reservations
may be made by credit card, check or cash. However, all reservations
must be secured by credit card. Deposits by check are required
within 5 business days of reservation request. Credit card
reservations are charged the day of your request. A 50% deposit on all reservations
of 4 nights or more, balance due upon arrival; 3 nights or less,
payable in full. MasterCard/Visa accepted.
Your
accommodations will be ready for occupancy after 3:00 pm. Prior
notice is required if you plan to arrive after 6:00 pm.
